The NAACP, in partnership with Adobe, is now accepting applications for its 2026 Creative Fellowship Program, a 14-week paid opportunity designed for aspiring post-production professionals.

The fellowship will provide hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, audio design, storytelling, and social media content creation. Participants will begin with an immersive training retreat in Los Angeles before working on real-world productions and marketing campaigns through NAACP Studios.

Fellows will receive mentorship from industry professionals, a video editor's toolkit, and a three-year subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps. Applicants should have 1-2 years of editing experience and be available to participate from September 14 through December 18, 2026.
